Direction Finding

AS-514/URD-4 shipboard unit apparently designed for search and rescue.  Made by Bendix Radio and is part of the AN/URD-4 Set.  Shown with weather tight cover removed.  Covers from 225 to 399 MHz and includes calibration datasheet.  Antenna array is driven at approx. 700 RPM by a 120V 60 Hz AC motor in the base of the unit.  SOLD.
